When I was working in different schools, I saw that students were struggling hard for extra guidance in after school hours. Parents'; due to their busy working schedule or lack of proper teaching knowledge, used to be hassled as there was no-one to give their children personalised and to the point expert guidance. i observed that students used to be demoralised while preparing for their board exams or different competitive exams such as NEET, JEE etc.They were always in a constant search to fulfill their needs.
This gave me an idea to establish my own coaching Institute NUMBERWON in 2013.Being the Founder-Director of NUMBERWON, I bear the weight and responsibility of teaching and apart from their parents, I become the main source of knowledge and values for my students. In this way , I play a key role in shaping our Nation's future. I make the children strong enough to stand on their own feet and face any challenge in their upcoming life. As children are future pillars of any society, their talents are being nurtured and their creativity is being given an outlet through education at NUMBERWON.
Why you are the best candidate for this Category * I have invested my 25 years in education industry. I am a passionate educator with teacher at heart. After completing my educational qualifications such as M.Phil(Maths), M.SC(Maths), LLB, B.Ed and Honours Diploma in systems Management, I took up teaching and administrative duties in different schools like City Montessori-Lucknow, Lady Andal Venkatasubbarao School-Chennai, Lexicon International School-Wagholi and Vibgyor High-NIBM. I touched every aspect of teaching and learning starting from traditional methods to inductive methods with exposure to media innovations.
I founded NUMBERWON, coaching institute at Pune in the year 2013. I made it a point from the very beginning not to take more than 10 students in one batch. This I maintained even for JEE and NEET preparation. I believe that every student is unique and we need to teach as per their strengths and weaknesses which creates their interest in studies and then they themselves do wonders.
NUMBERWON has given me a lifetime experience. I started Numberwon with a room of 100sq feet area situated in basement parking of a commercial building with 3 students and 2 teachers( including me) on board to teach Maths , Physics, Chemistry and Biology under one roof. By grace of God due to excellent trail of results year after year
